1. Acceptance

By downloading or using SSH Speed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Authorized use only

You may use SSH Speed only to access servers, accounts, files, and systems that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and the policies of your server or hosting provider.

3. What SSH Speed provides

SSH Speed is a client application for SSH and SFTP connections. It does not provide servers, hosting, internet access, credentials, backups, or authorization to access any system.

4. Your responsibilities

• Protect your device, passwords, and private keys.
• Verify commands and file operations before running them.
• Maintain appropriate backups of important server data.
• Confirm host fingerprints when a server identity changes.

5. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The app is provided on an “as available” basis, and uninterrupted operation on every device, network, or server configuration cannot be guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from commands, credential loss, server configuration, file operations, outages, or unauthorized use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
